Hice un pedido de una estufa de gas hace unos días y al día siguiente la tenía en mi casa. Al ponerla en funcionamiento, tenía un fallo y no funcionaba bien. Me puse en contacto por teléfono con la ferretería, para notificárselo. Me han enviado otra estufa nueva y se han llevado la defectuosa. La chica que me atendió, fue muy maja y agradable en todo momento. Me dio la opción de hacer una devolución y devolverme el dinero, pero necesitaba la estufa y elegí que me mandaran otra nueva. Todo perfecto y muy recomendable esta ferretería online.

Hago un pedido de 100€ y 24 o 48 horas para entregarlo. A los 3 días pregunto por algún n° de localizador para seguir mi pedido y me dicen que aún no a salido, "ENTRE HOY JUEVES O MAÑANA VIERNES LO TIENE". Al lunes siguiente llamo y el pedido no a salido, llamo y me dicen que entre martes o miércoles sale. DESASTRE TOTAL!!. Pedido cancelado y a otra tienda. Perdido el tiempo.
