I got my first response after waiting for 50 minutes - terrible experience
scam pur and simple
Having experienced problems with facebook, who guidedme to 6YA ,as their customer service. Trusting facebook, I went ahead and paid the initial subscription thus becoming a member, After that it was all downhill. Impossible to contact, they don't answer emails or their much vaunted customer service phone line. I have just cancelled my membership and want to warn others, like me, off. This is a scam, steer well clear .
