Amazing product from a brilliant company!
I bought a jot script, not directly through Adonit, but from amazon uk. A month in, there was a slight issue with the battery. I asked adonit whether this a known issue, they said no, but sent me a brand new pen within a few days. The new one is working like a dream and I really cannot say enough good things about the great people at Adonit, Jon in particular, thank you! I feel these guys went above and beyond for me and for that I am very thankful and a customer for life. I recommend to anyone that is looking for a great tablet pen, this is the best out there and from a brilliant company that puts the customer first. Thank you Adonit!! Raj
Customer service is absolutely…
Customer service is absolutely horrible. I bought a pen from them, and agree with the other poster, who said returning it was difficult. I have returned it, but have yet to receive a refund. So I re-ordered it, but from Amazon. It arrived today, and I still cannot make it work as a stylus. Customer Service is non-responsive and useless.
Frustrating Return Process
We received a faulty pen and the process of returning it has been very involved. It took several emails over several days to get the instructions on how to do it, then we had to fill out a form online with a photo of the receipt for shipping for the refund for shipping costs, which will only be refunded to a PayPal account. If you don't have a PayPal account, you won't get reimbursed for the shipping costs from Adonit. Stick with Amazon. The price is the same and the return process is easy. We still haven't completed the return but are presuming that eventually, we'll see a refund.
Still Haven't Gotten a Refund a Month Later.
I made an order on April 7, 2018, and I ended up having to cancel it and ask for a refund. They did cancel it right away(April 8), but I still have yet to get a refund. I've contacted them two more time since about it, but I didn't get a reply the second time. Still waiting to get my money back ... I contacted them again today. It's now May 7, 2018.
