First Timer! Great Experience
This is the first time I have been to Airrosti. I literally just went this last Monday. And I am blown away. After my first appointment I got immediate improvement. I have frozen shoulder currently. I have been doing physical therapy for 1.5 with very little results. I have had a cortisone injection with no improvement. So I started looking for different alternatives. I have to drive over an hour to go to my appointment. I am so happy that I went here. I have three more appointments. I am just really surprised and so relieved that there was another option! I was sick that my arm will hardly move. It was a little bit painful of a process but I am already hurting so it is worth the risk! Thank you Airrosti!

I had a one-hour appointment to reduce hamstring pain and return to normal activity. After checking in the first 27 minutes were spent talking with about 3 minutes of ham string manipulation or stretching. This helped but the 27 minutes talking did little to improve my recovery. The next 30 minutes were spent in a second office being told what exercises would help improve my hamstring pull strain. I can get this online on the Internet. Out of the one-hour session about 3 minutes were worthwhile. Needless to say, I canceled the follow up session. A waste of time and money. Lesson learned!!
Absolutely horrible billing experience
The treatment I received was excellent. However, my experience with billing was absolutely terrible. I was charged almost 10X the cost communicated. Trust nothing they say and talk to your insurance first, truly a horrible Billing system.
Horrible experience at the Addison
Horrible experience at the Addison, Texas location with a Quack of a Doctor. This “Doctor” yelled and berated me for being 9 minutes late for a New Patient appointment that was fully covered by my insurance. I politely explained I had trouble finding the location and called 2x for better directions but no one answered the phone. He yelled at me and said I was “disrespecting his time” and told me FIVE times I was late. Eventually I walked out because I won’t tolerate a “Doctor” or anyone speaking to me so rudely. I think this “Doctor” was high on something because he was jumpy and seemed on-edge, plus he was tossing a ball up and down as he yelled at me. I have no idea how the physical therapy is because I left before we got to that!!
WARNING: Medicare DOES NOT Cover Airrosti
At my first visit I asked if Medicare would cover my visits. The intake person I spoke to was very vague. What I remember being told was that they accept Medicare, but that they couldn't predict how much Medicare would pay. I was told that I would be responsible for whatever portion Medicare didn't cover. I kept trying to get more clarity and wanting to find out exactly how much I might have to pay out of pocket, but was told that we'd have to wait and see once they filed a claim. Well, as it turns out Medicare DOES NOT cover treatments at Airrosti, which is information that is widely available on the internet. I am now responsible for nearly $500 in bills. And to add insult to injury, the treatments haven't helped at all. My pain prior to visiting Airrosti was intermittent. My the end of the third visit, the pain seemed better, but in it's usual pattern, returned a few weeks later and my bank account has been depleted of $500. I still suffer from intermittent pain and
