Been with them for a number of years. Had a small issue due to an update on my phone. Account was blocked. Emailed them and was advised to ring. All sorted within a half hour so don't really understand others giving out about customer service. Very interesting project. If they were to offer staking rewards on other coins I would probably invest in more as it's a very user friendly app and has a lot of potential.
