Mark your sold out products, Alaffia
Generally, I have been glad this company is there. Today, however, I completed my whole order on their website before they told me that both items I ordered are sold out. They obviously know these items are sold out. They need to indicate that at the beginning. They use Shopify. I find that Shopify and its vendors cause concerns. Earlier Alaffia changed their labeling to be confusing. Although they have good products, there were malfunctions around their black bar soap. The labeling/ingredients info just was not accurate and the soap turned to mush. It can take weeks to receive your order from their website. I hope they are as upfront as possible about that very early in the process? They should also offer a faster alternative. When I ordered their products from Amazon instead they were incompetently packaged and were a mess. Some important Alaffia products are not in stores, so making mail ordering work is important.
