Utter Clowns
Extremely unprofessional ppl with no sense of customer service. “Claire” from reception who declined to give me her surname was equally evasive and unprofessional as her obnoxious colleague yesterday. Companies really need to stop using these clowns. I waited around an entire day for delivery after being given a 9 am to 5 pm window and they were a no show. Not even an email or phone call to notify delay or an alternative slot. Apparently they use so many external contractors/third party vendors that they can’t keep track. Not my words, “Claire’s”. Priceless. Avoid giving money to companies who use these guys.
Very Unprofessional people!!
Very Unprofessional people!! We always import goods from Italy, this year my supplier for the first time used Alpi Uk and it's been the worse experience ever!! With other deliveries company our pallets arrive always after 1 week which is good especially if you have lot customers. Also, if you phone companies to know where your goods are, they tell you everything, with Alpi NOBODY answer the phone and nobody knows where your goods could be, of course you've paid good money and they won't provide you any service. If you phone the office nobody is available to talk and the person you need to speak with don't answer because he's busy. Very poor service service, people is rude and they are not organise at all. NEVER AGAIN!!! Use anybody else because anyone is better than them.

Possibly the worst shipping company we…
Possibly the worst shipping company we had to use for our business. last experience with them was to ship a pallet from DK to Spain for an event (so we couldn't afford delays and they knew that) but it ended up being first delayed 3 days where nobody told us about so we've spend those days at home waiting for the delivery. Then they finally told us they didn't have the right truck for the delivery so if we want it fast we should pick them up. we had to rent a truck and pick the pallets ourselves, after that? because we complained and thought it was unacceptable after paying a lot of money for that shipping service they have refused to work with us anymore and never gave a us a refund!!
