AMF inutile pour petits épargnants
Bonjour. Ne lisent pas le dossier en entier !!! Vous disent qu'ils vont rappeler (démenti par un autre interlocuteur). Se défossent sur le Médiateur des assurances qui m'indique que ça relève bien de l'AMF ... PEA actions non cotées NOVAXIA souscrites en 2015. Ce placement foireux, souscrit sur les très mauvais conseils de Maif Solutions Financières fond comme neige au soleil. Depuis 2022 je veux sortir de tout çà. Je n'ai aucune réponse, aucun conseil de qui que ce soit. Mes économies (16 k€ valant maintenant 12 K€) sont retenues en otage et PERSONNE ne m'indique comment m'en sortir. Les escrocs sont donc Maif Solutions Financières (soit disant gestionnaire de patrimoine) à fuir !!!, Novaxia qui a déjà rencontré des problèmes avec la justice et payé des amendes pharaoniques (2018 et 2025), et l'AMF qui n'a aucune intention de s'occuper des petits épargnants. Organisme totalement inutile pour moi. Des fonctionnaires qui font acte de présence visiblement ... Ces économies sont le fruit de 40 ans de travail ! En contact avec AMF de fin octobre 2025 à ce 6 janvier 2026 ... pour rien.

Ouverture d'un compte BingX pour 1863 Euros… Ouverture d'un compte BingX pour soi-disant récupérer mes fonds et les déposer sur CoinBase dépositaire de mon argent (+ de 20000 Euros) Au final, disparition de mes interlocuteurs ESMA, à savoir Messieurs Cohen Adam et Rochet Isaac ainsi que mes fonds. Des petits joueurs n'ayant aucun scrupule. Suis déconcertée que ESMA, qui se présente comme "Autorité européenne des marchés financiers" puisse embaucher de tels individus.

Des fonctionnaires payés à ne rien faire et qui regardent les belles entreprises françaises se faire massacrées par la VAD et les puissances américaines comme les vaches regardent les trains. Inutiles et à réformer au plus vite avec des gens motivés et compétents.
Il faut deux mois avant de pouvoir…
Il faut deux mois avant de pouvoir saisir le médiateur de l'AMF pour un PEA qui n'est pas transféré alors qu'il n'y a que des espèces dessus : C'est inadmissible et tout ça avec nos impôts bien sur ! Allez-y continuez de dormir les faigants ! Et surtout laissez les pratiques abusives continuer !
Aucune interaction possible après soumission d'un problème
J'ai soumis mon problème de PEA ING pourri à l'AMF. L'AMF répond par email sans aucun n° d'enregistrement, avec une adresse noreply a communication.amf-france.org de sorte qu'il est impossible totalement d'avoir la moindre interaction avec l'AMF, comme informer de l'évolution du problème. Ce PEA ancien ING transféré à Boursobank en juillet 2022, avec bordereau d'information tenu secret à mon insu, découvert incorrect par BoursoBank en Juin 2023, près d'un an après, impossible à faire corriger, dans un ping pong où BoursoBank balance à répétition une fois par an de force mon PEA de vieille de 85 ans vers un site X BoursoDirect inconnu de moi, avant d'y voir déporter mon PEA de force, sans la moindre autorisation par moi, site où mon PEA s'est retrouvé bloqué sans authentification forte du tout, puisque je n'ai jamais été avant cliente de ce site. En février 2024 j'ai réussi à faire rapatrier ce PEA vers BoursoBank, croyant le PEA enfin conforme avec un bon Bordereau. De nouveau près d'un an après en novembre 2024, BoursoBank me fait découvrir que ce bordereau reste incorrect et déporte ce PEA de nouveau contre ma volonté vers ce site X où je n'ai jamais eu un PEA qui fonctionne du tout. Je n'ai aucun autre moyen de savoir si ce bordereau est conforme, autre que, à chaque fois, attendre presque un an que BoursoBank découvre de nouveau qu'il est non conforme et m'informe qu'il le renvoie vers X où je n'ai jamais accepté d'être. Ainsi ce PEA depuis juillet 2022 subit un ping pong chaque année entre BoursoBank et X BoursoDirect perpétuel. Il faut presque un an à BoursoBank pour m'informer que le bordereau reste incorrect et me déporter à nouveau en me jetant dans X BourseDirect de force une fois par an à répétition. J'ai demandé à AMF de résoudre ce ping pong, boucle perpétuelle de mon PEA jeté entre ces deux sites boursiers, digne d'un roman de KAFKA. Pour le moment je n'ai même pas le moindre moyen de correspondre avec l'AMF et de l'informer de l'évolution du PEA, avec le noreply de l'AMF. Le PEA repart vers X BoursoDirect ce jour, contre ma volonté, de force, où je n'ai jamais eu mon PEA fonctionnel, car aucune authentification forte n'y a fonctionné. X BourseDirect ne répond jamais, ni à BoursoBank, ni à moi, au sujet du PEA avec bordereau conforme ou pas. L'AMF parviendra t'elle à me faire sortir de ce cycle de KAFKA perpétuel annuel ?
