Worst experience ever - Still waiting for a refund!
Worst experience ever for an online purchase! I orderd some items in July. 1 week later 1 receive an email to say it has been shipped. Yet I don't see any updates in the tracking during weeks. When i try to contact them, they take days to answer, or tell you they will check with the departement. Then they tell you you will be refunded, without any explanation on what happened. That was beginning of september... i still wasn't refunded. I'm asking for weeks for proof, but Nothing! For me they are nothing more than thieves!!!
