Customer Service is pathetic
Customer Service is pathetic! I also had high hopes since this was a Canadian Company that the service would be better. WRONG! I bought a Phantom 2.0, rode it for about 10 days when it died. They did arrange for me to send it back to their service center in Kansas. That was a waste. They fixed one issue and created 2 others. Also, do not use the tool kit that's included. Cheap and I do not believe the sizes of the keys especially are accurate. I have stripped two different size screws on the scooter. Shipped my scooter back with the screws they stated they replace. To top it off, came back wired wrong, and the Customer Service has ghosted me for the last 6 days now.
Great for short rides… but it WILL die before 1,000 miles.
I was a fan of Apollo and really wanted to believe in their scooters. If you’re only using it for short, casual rides, sure, it’ll feel great. But don’t make the mistake of relying on it as your main form of transportation. Despite careful use and maintenance, the battery died completely after just 1,000 miles, when it should last closer to 10,000 miles for a high-end scooter like this. And now the only option is to buy a new battery that costs $400, almost half the price of a new scooter. I even reached out to Apollo and offered to pay half for the battery, just to be fair, and they refused. That’s what disappointed me the most. They just won’t stand behind their product. This company needs to do better. They need to take responsibility for key components that fail far too soon. A battery is not optional — it’s essential. This is like buying a car and having the transmission fail at 5,000 miles. Even if the warranty is over, any serious manufacturer would recognize that as a defect and offer a real solution. Apollo looks good on the surface, but once the warranty ends, so does their support. It’s not just a bad battery, it’s a total betrayal of customer trust.
