Ok if you don't need anything from them
Appytech is good if you are not expecting much from your umbrella company. The take home pay is higher than other umbrellas. As soon as you have a specific question or need help nobody is at the other end. They don't even reply to confirm they got your email. Thank god my recruiter could help with the issue.

AVOID THIS COMPANY Never paid my tax and now involved in a tax avoidance from HMRC. I am lucky enough to prove what I was paid. However 5k missing that should of been paid in my taxes. This has been going on since 2016. The HMRC are investigating them DO NOT TOUCH these run for the hills.

I spoke to someone called Liz to query my pay. She obviously could not answer questions with regards to where my money was, and hence; she hanged up on me. I thought it was an accident so I rang back and was phone was answered by another person called Fiona. Before, I would ask for Liz, Fiona said ‘Liz will send you an email to break everything down for you’. No apology offered. Nothing. Extremely rude and unprofessional staff. The breakdown was emailed to me but they still cannot answer where a third of my money is. Do not trust them. Find another umbrella company!
