I purchased some software which turned out not to work fully. Two weeks after I purchased it, I emailed for support and was told that they no longer supported it. I asked for a fix or a refund but have heard nothing.

I invested my money by buying one of their programs twice so I could have a copy on 4 computers. Now one of my computers crashed and they are telling me that they no longer service the program and sent me to their online support page that gave me no support. I will never ever by an archsoft program or any other program that Michael Deng had anything to do with. If you're planning to give up on a program at least give your customers the tools to make the program work.
