We were asking about our bills, because it is our first time to pay this service (which we really do not use, because we use at home Netflix, Prime, Youtube). These peope are just really rude. You are paying 18 euros for a service that you do not use, and yet costumer service are really really really rude. I am trying to understand their side, maybe they are paid by the number of calls they receive. Not sure.

For 38.89 fee that I don't receive it they added 225.50€ to pay in 3'days, otherwise they will evacuate me from the house. The previous envelope I payed entirely through N26 bank with reference number, all envelopes that was arrived I payed them. I feel like this sistem is more for expats who doesn't understand Deutsch. Soon I'm going to leave this country. Is clear that they target expats. What expats can see at the TV where everything is in Deutsch???
