The advertised promotion (“Buy 3 tees, get 15% off”) was not applied correctly, and customer service has been useless, unresponsive, and dismissive. This level of service is unacceptable for a brand that charges premium prices. I strongly do not recommend buying from ATM Collection. They mislead customers with marketing, provide subpar products, and fail completely at customer support.

I discovered ATM tee shirts over 10 years ago. Since then I have purchased multiple short and long sleeve tees from them in multiple styles. Recommended them to everyone I know, and relied on them to elevate my outfits and the way I felt wearing them. Until now. I bought a long sleeve tee shirt in April. Didn’t wear it until September as the weather changed. Washed it twice, and it has completely fallen apart. Upon reaching out to ATM to find out if this was common for this style, and if they could send me a return slip for this obviously faulty product, and then exchange it for a new one that was put together better, I was told the purchase was too old and there was nothing they could do but hope I had a nice day. This happened 4 times in an email exchange where a photo of this shirt was included. My review: Walk away. Don’t buy it. It’s horrible. And expensive. The people in customer service are horrible. My recommendation is you buy from Citizens of Humanity, Donni, Perfect White Tee, Buck Mason (their stuff is great!), or Majestic. Anything other than ATM. Yuck

Beware! I bought 2 items and I’ve been waiting almost 2 months and cannot get an answer as to why one item has not shipped and I got the same response 2x that it will be sent and now they do not answer. I’m going to my credit card and WILL NEVER buy again and I’ve been a good customer. They are not a stand up company that cares about customers. Disrespectful and obviously could care less about my purchase.
Quality Going DOWNHILL
I am VERY disappointed with The ATM apparel online boutique. I recently bought 3 items from them, each significantly discounted. My total sale was approximately $270. One of the items, a black silk Cami bodysuit, originally $250, sale price $62. Great deal... right? And Final Sale: ALL MERCHANDISE MARKED 40% OFF OR MORE IS FINAL SALE AND IS NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN OR EXCHANGE. So fine. I get it. BUT, when I tried on I was amazed that they even put this piece in production! The quality was horrible! I wanted to keep the other 2 pieces and return the bodysuit and I thought for sure that with the Covid challenges and my request for NOT A REFUND but a CREDIT they would want to provide customer satisfaction and allow this to happen. But it was a polite NO response. BUT, in fairness to ATM, I did not convey the product quality but even so, I feel they would have stuck to the policy. I get having policies but I would think customer satisfaction would be most important and if I had prior unreasonable requests, then yes maybe they wouldn’t want to accommodate. What is most upsetting is the quality of ATM’s merchandise recently and I would consider priced unreasonably at full price; my reasoning for waiting for sale on some items. So, BEWARE! Full price or not, ATM quality has really gone down. From fabric quality to complete piecing production. Sad. Because I used to spend crazy money on their basic t-shirts because they were worth it. Had to return the most recent orange colored tee because it was nothing like the initial product.
