DO NOT BUY FROM HERE… ordered on 11/9 and still no sign of my dress being dispatched despite their website saying it takes 2 business days to dispatch. Their customer service has still not given me an update despite several emails chasing my order. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. These are expensive dresses and going direct they should be able to fulfil the order.

Very disappointing experience with BEC + BRIDGE I am extremely disappointed with my experience with BEC + BRIDGE, especially considering the price point and the expectations you would have for a premium fashion brand. I ordered the Juna High Neck Mini Dress in Silver as a birthday present. When it arrived, the dress was damaged and poorly presented. The paper tag had been attached directly to the delicate fabric, leaving paper and glue residue on the dress. This is completely unacceptable for a garment of this type and made the item unsuitable to give as a present. I contacted customer service and, after going back and forth, they eventually refunded the dress in full and confirmed that I did not need to return it. However, the situation became even more frustrating when I was charged additional customs/carrier fees despite duties and taxes already having been paid at checkout. I contacted BEC + BRIDGE about this and provided all the relevant information. They acknowledged that duties and taxes had been paid at checkout, but ultimately refused to reimburse the additional charge, suggesting it may have been the result of a communication issue with the carrier. From the damaged item, to the poor packaging/tagging, to the additional charge and the unwillingness to properly resolve the issue, the entire experience was incredibly disappointing. What should have been a straightforward purchase and a birthday gift turned into a long and frustrating customer service issue. For a brand positioned at this level, I expected much better quality control, packaging and customer service. Unfortunately, based on my experience, I would not feel comfortable ordering from BEC + BRIDGE again.
SCAM company, no returns allowed
Worst returns policy ever. AVOID THIS BRAND otherwise you will lose money on their terrible refund policy. They would not even allow me to exchange for a larger size! What a joke! This company is a SCAM.

Do not shop here, my original order never originated an invoice so making the return has been impossible, I paid for express to make sure the return was done in a timely manner, they have said several times they have received the item and will process the refund but it’s been several weeks with no progress, do not shop here
