Relieved to have found BEMO after old host got hit by ransomware

BEMO has been a wonderful company to work with, from first contact to project completion. Our company was in a kind of unusual situation, finding ourselves locked out of our emails after our previous host service got hit by ransomware and shut down their entire server. We needed access again, and fast, and the only solution was to find a new email host. We contacted several potential hosts. Microsoft gave us a list preferred partners to check with, which included BEMO. Of all the companies we spoke with, the team at BEMO were the only ones that had heard of the major issue our previous host had, understood the urgency of the problem, and had a plan for a solution. They responded with a full quote before some of the other companies could even find time to schedule an initial meeting with us. Of course we continued to compare, but as the other solutions and quotes trickled in from other companies, we quickly discovered that BEMO offered the most comprehensive solution at a price that wasn't trying to take advantage of our situation. They were absolutely the best option. After the agreement was signed, the plan was quickly implemented. BEMO met with us, explained the timeline, and let us know what information we needed to provide for the project. They responded quickly to any questions or concerns we had, and when technical issues popped up, they had a solution in place almost instantly. By the end of the month, our migration from the old email host to Microsoft was complete. The support team at BEMO has been amazing at helping our people get set back up with their email. Without a doubt, the feedback and experience has been overwhelmingly positive. Personally, I feel relieved to know we have a knowledgeable and competent company handling our email security now. I would recommend them 100% of the time.
