Great products, worth the price
Great products, worth the price. I have started using their cream, serum and exfoliating lotion and my friends has commented that I look younger and radiant - what else could I want? I do have to say that the lotion is pretty strong so can't use it more than twice a week.
Big price differences between european countries
Although the quality of the products is good, the BR brand discriminates against its customers when it obliges them to buy from retailers located in the country where the delivery address is registered. There are significant price differences between countries, particularly between Spain and Portugal, where some products are 38% more expensive than in Spain. The brand does not allow us to order where it is cheaper, so it should impose a price range to be practiced by all retailers in the European Union, so that the customer does not feel discriminated against and frustrated. The European single market does not apply to this brand.
Entitled and rude
I placed an online order and after getting no updates, I reached out to inquire about my order. Customer service emails back saying that my order got lost in processing. Took zero responsibility and expressed no remorse for this happening. It was almost as if they were saying your order got lost and what do you want us to do about it, do you want to place the order again? It was really odd that they came across like this. I asked what happened to my order and they said they will investigate and that they couldn’t offer an answer. Usually when something happens with orders, the business expresses regret and offers ways to redeem the experience of buying from them going wrong. But their attitude seems to be entitled and rude. Overall, I had a really unpleasant experience unfortunately.

Extremely disappointing customer service I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Biologique Recherche, especially considering the positioning and price level of the brand. I placed an order for approximately €860 through the official Biologique Recherche website. The delivery was supposed to take only a few days, but my parcel did not arrive. I contacted customer service several times and spent a considerable amount of time trying to understand what had happened to my order. For a long time, I received no real solution — only messages saying that the situation was being investigated. No replacement order was sent, no express delivery was arranged, and no concrete solution was offered. What disappointed me most was the way the situation was handled by customer service. I was the one who eventually had to suggest a refund because the issue was simply not being resolved. Even after such a significant delay with an €860 order, Biologique Recherche did not offer to cover express shipping for a replacement order. Instead, I was told that if I wanted the products quickly, I could place another order and pay for express delivery myself. For a premium brand selling products at this price point, I find this level of customer care unacceptable. Problems with delivery can happen, and I understand that a transport company may be responsible for losing or delaying a parcel. What matters is how a company treats its customer when something goes wrong. In my case, I did not feel that Biologique Recherche took responsibility for resolving the situation or made any meaningful effort to compensate for the inconvenience. I have spent a significant amount of money on this brand and expected customer service that matched the premium positioning of the products. Unfortunately, my experience was the opposite. The products may be excellent, but after this experience I am extremely disappointed with Biologique Recherche as a company and with the way their online customer service handles problems. I hope the company takes this feedback seriously and improves the way it supports customers when orders go wrong.
