Literally THE worst bank in Belgium

Literally THE worst bank in Belgium, particularly for the transient international community who do not speak French or Dutch. Given that the vast majority of people in Brussels - a city that goes out of it's way to attract foreign companies and organizations - speak English, and its considered the international language of business, you'd think that they would have options for dealing with them in English at all levels. Their customer service is non-existent. No one wants to take responsibility for any issue that you have and they just want to flick you along to someone else to deal with. They no longer have any branches. These are now all offices and access is fiercely guarded. Even if you arrange an appointment it's often via telephone. Find another bank. This one is not worth the trouble.
