3 keer afspraak gemaakt en niet komen opdagen
3 keer afspraak gemaakt, ganse dag verlof genomen. Ze hebben zelfs de beleefdheid niet om de afspraak af te bellen.
onterecht aanmaningsvergoeding vragen
Tijdens de vakantie periode, binnen de 2 weken een eerste en tweede herinnering van de factuur opsturen en een aanmaningsvergoeding hiervoor vragen. Ten eerste: de post werkt niet meer zo snel als vroeger. Ten tweede: iedereen heeft recht op verlof (een paar weken weg van huis). Een telefoontje naar BTV kon hen van hun ongelijk niet overtuigen.

Foutieve of frauduleuze keuring, bieden geen oplossing.
Na keuring in 2021 was de aarding onvoldoende. De vorige eigenaars staken zelf met de hand een aardpen tegen de gevel van de woning in de hoop dat de aarding bij herkeuring in orde was. De herkeuring was in orde en zoals afgesproken in de compromis kochten wij een huis met goedgekeurde elektriciteit. Na plaatsen van zonnepanelen wordt er opnieuw gekeurd (door een andere keuringsmaatschappij) maar de aarding was onvoldoende: 37 ohm en je moet onder de 30 ohm zitten. Heel gek zeggen ze, dit hebben wij nog nooit gezien. De 'gemeten waarde' van BTV was namelijk 17 ohm. Natuurkundig gezien is het onmogelijk dat de ene moment (op hetzelfde moment van het jaar nota bena) je 17 ohm meet en 2 jaar later 37 ohm. Na alles na te gaan met een electricien was het duidelijk: BTV had (01/21) een foutieve of frauduleuze meting gedaan. Na contact met BTV willen zij op geen enkele manier verantwoordeiljkheid opnemen. Nochtans is het enige dat ik vraag om zelf de herkeuring kosteloos te moeten doen. Ondertussen moest ik 5 nieuwe pennen kloppen (allemaal weg van het huis en minstens 4 meter uit elkaar) om van 37 ohm naar 24 ohm te gaan. Dus zoals elke logische mens wel kan snappen was die 1ne aardpen van 2 jaar geleden onvoldoende. (ik heb deze trouwens ook apart gemeten en die aarde voor 530 ohm). Ik raad BTV ongeloofelijk hard af want zoals uit de mail van de manager komt: "Elke meting is een momentopname en kan bijgevolg op het ogenblik van de controle wel in orde zijn. De waarde stijgt trouwens in de tijd en daalt nadien terug." Dat wil zeggen dat de eerste meting wel vaak niet in orde zal zijn maar als ze terugkomen wel, zo kunnen ze 2 keer geld verdienen. Oppassen geblazen hier!

BTV NORMEC onbetrouwbaar!!! Laat handels pand keuring voor stroom opnieuw doen na 5 jaar wegens verkoop. 5 jaar geleden goedgekeurd . Je belt voor een keuring , en ze weten precies dat ze 2 keer moeten komen voor dat ze een voet binnen zetten!! Namelijk de wet is in 2019/2020 veranderd meer stickers in stroomkast dus nietconform!! Dit is eiegnelijk de mensen oplichten ze weten het van te voren .Als ze eerlijkzijn vragen ze bij de afspraak of alles aan de nieuwe eisen is aangepast dan is het correct. DUS OPLETTEN MENSEN ZOUEEN ANDER BEDRIJF NEMEN
