Absolute shambles of an organisation
Absolute shambles of an organisation. Claim to be child focussed but despite plenty of evidence against a manipulative, abusive father from a C1A form, they were unwilling to act on the evidence and recommended contact should continue. Cafcass employee thought she was the most important person at court and unwilling to listen. Clearly made a mistake but chose not to review the evidence to save face. Shameful and any further abuse that may follow is on your conscience.
CAFCASS is not fit for purpose
CAFCASS is not fit for purpose. They ignored evidence, failed to follow their own safeguarding and conduct policies and guidelines and as a result placed one of my children in the primary care of their abusive parent. Formal complaints were ignored and no accountability taken. I am now having to escalate to the Parliamentary Health Service Ombudsman - I recommend anyone else suffering the result of CAFCASS's negligent conduct does the same.

Why we pay these people ?waste of my tax payers money. In my view incompetent and biased would not be suprised if she was on the take from the other side.

These people are total LIERS. They are unprofessional, make up lies, saying we have said things which we didn't say. When contactimg management they are just as unprofessional, claim they will listen to the phone calls and call us back.
