From ShipStation to Cahoot! Excellent Fulfillment Solution! Big Time & Cost Savings
We recently transitioned from ShipStation to Cahoot, which was a big move for us because we absolutely loved ShipStation and had been with them since 2015. However, I’m extremely focused on numbers and efficiency, and Cahoot has proven to be the right choice as we expand and look to optimize operations and personnel efficiencies.Cahoot not only saved us money on shipping, but it also became a major process improvement for our operation. The integration with Pulse Commerce has been a game-changer, orders now sync automatically, and we’re able to ship far more efficiently while still keeping all of our marketplaces updated (BigCommerce, eBay, Amazon). Previously, our workflow relied heavily on manual paperwork and manually generated orders in BigCommerce and Pulse. With the Pulse + Cahoot pairing, orders are auto-generated in Pulse and fulfilled through Cahoot regardless of selling channel. This alone has saved me and my team a tremendous amount of time.There was some initial setup work required to cleanse our data (SKUs missing in ebay and amazon), and we experienced a couple of minor post-launch hiccups, but the Cahoot support team addressed everything quickly and professionally. After that short adjustment period, our staff adopted the system well and genuinely likes working in it. If your business values efficiency, accuracy, and cost savings, Cahoot is absolutely worth considering. It has streamlined our fulfillment workflow far more than I expected.

Beyond that, orders have been shipped the day they are received provided of course they are received prior to the daily cut off time.
