Terrible Customer Service, but great shoes!!
I ordered a pair of Junction Runner and I did receive them quite quickly(to the US) considering they come from Spain. When I opened the package, the toe caps were nowhere to be seen... that was what I liked about these shoes! I messaged them immediately and they replied rather quickly. However... nothing has been done about it.I first messaged them on 11/28, it's now 12/12. They're somehow still trying " to find the best solution." Like what solution are they trying come up with? Send me the toe caps!!! I've tried calling them and messaging them on social media as well. Seemed more helpful at first, but led to nothing. Stay away from this site. Im thinking about just returning these, but reading terrible reviews here about not receiving refunds makes me a little hesitant. I'm so disappointed becuase they have a good selection of shoes and I wanted to order more! Edit: 12/20, I finaly received the toe caps! Their customer service needs to get better. THREE WEEKS to come up with a solution to an issue that only has one simple solution. I have finally worn what I ordered. I love them, and they're so comfy. I also got so many compliments. I'll give this company another chance, but they really need to fix their customer service.

Great quality of products, but no communication when ordered items are out of stock
Order no: 4007702552 I have been a loyal customer of Camper for a while now, purchasing multiple pairs over years. This time I wanted to get a birthday present, with the main item being a pair of Venga brown boots. The order was delivered, but without the pair of boots. I understand the situation, but I wanted to at least be informed about this before receiving my package in order to have time to order another pair or at least consider another colorway. I have been promised a refund and I hope this will be swift, as I need to reconsider the options and complete the gift. Hope I do not miss out on the sale, as I think it's nearing its end and the 40% was a very good deal for this item. Otherwise cannot complain about the swift delivery (9 days from ordering, but now very close to the birthday and scrambling for options).

Terrible delivery and customer service
Terrible delivery and customer service. I ordered boots on 2nd January (order 4007693183) and was told they were dispatched on 3rd January. I never once heard from the courier until Camper confirmed delivery. I never received the boots. Through much painful back and forth with customer service it is clear that the courier delivered the boots to the wrong address. Despite this clear error Camper’s customer service still won’t offer me a refund. I don’t care if the issue was with Camper of the courier, either way I’ve not received the boots and Camper are withholder £100+ refund to me for NO reason. They refuse to provide a number for me to call them on and ignore my demands for the refund I am owed.
Order #4007679929: Stuck at "Sender" for 20+ days and zero support
I placed an order for 3 pairs of shoes on December 29, 2025 (Order ID: 4007679929). Although I received a notification on December 30 stating that the order was shipped, the tracking information shows that the package has been stuck at the "sender" stage ever since. It has been over 20 days, and there is absolutely no movement. I have tried to contact customer service repeatedly. I opened four separate cases (IDs: 1509504, 1511575, 1514036, and 1514037), and none of them received a reply. When I reached out via Facebook, I received a generic copy-paste response: "We would like to apologize... We have contacted the courier..." This is the exact same automated message sent via email. When I followed up later asking for a real update, my message was "Seen" and ignored. As a regular customer, I am shocked by this negligence. The package is either lost or was never shipped, and Camper is making zero effort to resolve this or refund me. Highly disappointing customer service.
