Great online customer service!
I was very concerned that my package was lost but I made the mistake in tracking my package. So, I reached out to the online support on Canada Post website and received a prompt answer.

Didn't leave my package at the door, told me I can pick it up the next day and the item was not dropped off at the post office. I hate canada post so much. They dont do their jobs
Lost package and I lost money
My package was marked as “delivered” by Canada Post, but I never received it. There was no signature, no delivery photo, no recipient name, and no confirmation of my address. In other words, no proof of delivery at all. I opened a ticket, and Canada Post stated they are “investigating,” but refused to correct the status from “delivered” to lost. As a result, their tracking system keeps misleading information, which sellers then use to deny refunds. This practice unfairly shifts responsibility to the customer while Canada Post provides zero evidence that the delivery actually occurred. Very disappointing and irresponsible handling of a lost package.

I hope shops stop using Canada post and at least allow you to choose to have your things delivered by someone else. My order- 6:54 pm Item processed Toronto, ON 8:43 am Item has been returned and is enroute to the Sender North York, ON. They didn't even try to deliver my stuff, my address and everything was right, never had a problem but I do now because it's Canada post. Now my order is being sent back and they don't even tell me why. I'm honestly so sick of them.
