Before and after purchasing an Audi eTron, the staff at Carla tended to my questions/issues with the vehicle with the utmost patience and professionalism. Nice flexibility to support the Customer's decisions
I already acquired a car and I was wondering on the process and probably having another car. The Person that supported me online, Adam, was very professional and effective, he gave me all the answers I needed to take the best decision about changing my already selected car by another or not, he helped me with small details of car's functionalities and the way Carla supports this situation of buying online but being able to see the cars live when the buyer has these 4 days to confirm the selected car is the right one.
