Jag är mycket nöjd med deras tjänster och hur dom utför det. Kunnig personal som ger bra service när man behöver det.
Undervärderat företag.
Företag som får onödigt mycket kritik av otåliga kunder som tror att de ska tjäna snabba pengar. Företaget är seriöst och har en orimlig förväntan på sig att svara varje enskild villaägares frågor och funderingar. Var först ut med stödtjänster för batterier och är ett ingenjörsföretag med god kultur. Har varit kund sedan flera år och är väldigt nöjd.

Installation och betalning därefter har fungerat klockrent. Så där finns det inget att klaga på, sen kanske man hade önskat högre ersättning men det kommer förhoppningvis i framtiden 😊

Köpte även jag ett batteri för 90tkr. Räknade med en avbetalningstid på ca fyra år, och därefter skulle det vara bonus. Lite resa för familjen kanske... Två år senare nu, och har fått ihop 6tkr. I övrigt så har jag försökt göra allt i min makt, bytt elbolag etc för att få bättre ersättning. Men det hjälper inte. Kalkylen på hemsidan är glädjekalkyler. Inte förvånad att alla bolag som köpt batterier för att tjäna pengar går i konkurs. Supporten hos Checkwatt har funkat, alltid hjälpt till. Man blir dock hänvisad till sin installatör, då de främst skall hålla kontakten med Checkwatt. Vem vet, i framtiden kanske det blir bättre. Men känner mig blåst. :)
