Great sunglasses, return procedure needs work
I ordered some glasses because they seemed to be on the larger size. Which I need because I have a fairly large head. Although some of the glasses did fit, none of those were the right style. I had to fully return my order. The refunding process took very long and it is pretty nerve wrecking to think there might not be a refund at all. Eventually they managed to pay me back. Glasses are a beautiful quality, but I won't be ordering again.
No refund - waiting since 10 weeks
I have returned my order by end of October and I‘m still waiting for my refund (as of mid of January) —> it is >10 weeks ago. No reaction or answers on my emails. Never ever again…
