I love my Mia Smart, but after about a year and a half the battery wouldn’t hold a charge. I checked my warranty and the product was still covered. When I reached out to customer service, they were very helpful in telling me what steps I needed to take to request warranty. I know that some people have not had a good experience with Clarisonic’s customer service, and that was more or less the same situation for me. I had trouble getting them to take the steps on their end (ex: replying to warranty request email). But I refused to let it go since their products are so expensive. I was hell bent on getting a replacement since it was still covered and was a product malfunction. I just stuck to my guns and would call them as soon as I figured they might be trying to blow me off. Each interaction I had with an employee was pleasant and informative. I guess what I’m trying to say is that they could have done a better job at ensuring customer satisfaction and not letting me feel like they were just trying to avoid sending me a new product; HOWEVER, they did follow through because I was so persistent. If you’re having trouble getting in contact with them, CALL. I promise it made all the difference for me. I don’t think I would have gotten my replacement if I hadn’t of been so persistent.
Say No To Clairsonic!
If there was an option to leave no stars, I absolutley would! I was so excited to purchase the Mia Smart brush and accessories, and as it already costs so much, I waited for it to go on sale. So as I thought I was so lucky to find it for 50% off of the website, I was so excited to purchase it, and this type of purchase for myself is an investment, as it is certainly not cheap, and you have to pay to replace the brush heads each time. So I ordered the brush and accessories at the 50% off, and I waited for over a week, and during that time, I received an email from the company informing me that my order was complete, and that I would recieve a tracking number upon shipping. So here I am, excitedly and patiently waiting, for over a week, and nothing comes, not a tracking number or anything, and so obviously I was really upset. So I emailed the company and asked where my purchase was, and I waited a couple of more days and recieved no reply. So then after waiting I phoned the company and the lady who answered, basically said in a nonchalant kind of way, we just didn't get around to getting back to you about your order, and that it had sold out the day that I ordered it and nobody had let me know, and that they have refunded it already. So as grateful that I am that they had at least refunded it for me, I am extremely disappointed in the fact that I was not informed about anything, about that it was sold out right after I purchased it, and that it was not coming. In fact, the only reason I got the refund, is because I contacted them, otherwise I would have had to wait and as unfortunately Visa debit isnt on every bank card, I had to put money to a friend's credit card and so she didnt even notice the refund either. So then I contacted the company to see what they can do to make it better, and they offered me an extra 10% off and said that is all that they can do in this situation, and so I am writing to inform people Not to bother with Clairsonic! The brush is so expensive and I had heard so many good reviews about it, I waited until it went on sale, and I was absolutely beyond excited to start using it, and so to be let down like that and then to be made to feel like they just dont care, I am extremely disappointed and I want anyone who's considering purchasing this brush to know just how much of an unpleasant experience I had with them, and so they will think twice before making the mistake of making such a huge investment in your skin care routine. I found a different brush that I am extremely excited to try and it has Amazing reviews, as well as it's a one time purchase and you have it for life, so think twice before you purchase through this company, as they really dont care or seem to really value their customers. I don't like to leave a bad review, however unfortunately it is warranted in this case!
HORRIBLE never shipped warranty replacement
HORRIBLE. Contacted customer service 7/25/22 for in warranty problem, instructed to mail in unit and was emailed a UPS return label. Clarisonic received returned broke. Product for replacement on 8/1/22. It is now 10/24/22 I have been calling for weeks. Customer service phone not working and no other number to be found. HORRIBLE beyond disgusting service !
Buy any other product but Clairsonic/Loreal
I had my Clairsonic Mia Smart for fewer than 6 months when it died and I'd registered it and everything. CLAIRSONIC did not help me, did not replace faulty unit and I just now learned this has been a widespread issue with their products that they e known about for 3 years and have not fixed and still give victims an impossible runaround - I'm super angry. Buy anything else. I'm done with all Loreal over their irresponsible lack of customer care .

Clarisonic alpha fails to recharge only after 9 month of use . Trying to contact Clarisonic but they don't answer their calls . Comes with a 2 year warranty which is useless if you can't return the product. Will look never buy again
