Usually i've had a smooth experience but today i tried to cash-in and they didn't allow me to do it because of some "risk policy" when i clicked comfirm cash-in. I've already sent 100,000 thb. Let's see if they refund it. I just contacted customer support. This is kind of crap. Their UI should not display their bank details until they can confirm i can cash-in.

The registration process was quick and easy to do. The platform makes it super convenient for new users to use. The only that bothers me are the weird operation hours. Please make it available to us to exchange Fiat to BTC at any time without those insane marksup sometimes. Add ETH in the near future!
I am really fed up
I am really fed up. They have stupid limits on how much you can convert. I wanted to convert from THB to ETH and have enough balance, but after some transaction (which for other stupid reasons are limited to 200.000 THB each), it does not allow me to convert more telling me there is insufficient balance, which is not true. I complained about it before and was told that they needed additional documents from me, which I submitted. But now the same problem. Now they told me it will take 1 week to solve the problem!!!! They also advised me to use their OTC, which is only available on work days during business hours. As a financial transaction platform they are not good.
3000 USD price difference
I was trading with them as they were one of the few in Thailand that I could buy with bahts and then convert to Bitcoin then I noticed the difference in price Buy BTC: 2,036,036.09 THB | Sell BTC: 1,996,327.6 THB the market price was 3000 dollars less to buy and sell - I will look for somewhere more competitive now and as they say here it's up to you

Hey guys, Just want to share something with you... With my recent transfer I found out - unfortunately I did not pay enough attention the transfers before - that coins.co.th takes more than 6% in total fees on the money that you transfer. I transferred about $3,173 and the total fee is about $230. F*#&ing hell, I didn't even realize this but with actions like these you position your company in the dark, vague and dodgy area of scamming. You are taking big advantage of the situation. Shame on you! Fot the next transfers I am looking for another option!
