Awful company and service.
We're on budget billing with no major new appliances or lifestyle changes. Yet it has increased over 160% along with a delivery charge that is about 40% of the overall total bill. We called to ask about the reason, and the customer service is nonexistent. This company lacks any transparency, runs on a monopolistic strategy, fails to support its customers, and charges egregious prices. Not to mention the fact that we lose power 3-4 times a week with no plans for them to address it. I'd rather take out a personal loan or HELOC to get solar than continue to pay this garbage company for doing the bare minimum.

NON EXISTENT customer service
NON EXISTENT customer service! Moving and needed to change electricity. Tried twice on the website/online form. Each time it says you must call customer service. Called 10/18/24 - starting at 1230pm. Sat on HOLD for 2 hours. Called back sat on hold again, for almost another 2 hours. Courtney answered, gave her our acct info, she put us on HOLD and never came back! Put us back into the HOLDING nightmare. Called again, asked for a call back. The call back came in and then it put us into the HOLDING pool again!!! AWFUL SERVICE.

On Oxygen, and the company was contacted last month to do a budget plan, and now they wont let me play the bill. They want even more money, and the aren't answering my calls, I have been on hold (still holding), for over 2 hours, and they are claiming, they are turning me off today, with no notice given out, Terriable business.

This is coming from a multi billion dollar company that’s supposed to be At top of the technology right now and they can’t reverse a payment. But when they want their money, they’ll shut your power off If you don’t pay it.
