Pros: I was able to learn clinical research skills along with other interesting opportunities. The benefits are decent, co -workers are supportive and e-learning is very helpful, informative and very easy to use. Cons: The environment at Cromsource is fine but work culture and CRA turnover is very stressful. Staff are pushed to their limits with no proper compensation and raises for going above and beyond. People are missing deadlines and there are conflicts with documents due to poor team communication.
