I placed two orders and made a mistake with the size in one of them. I contacted them to correct my error, and after reading some negative reviews about their customer service on Trustpilot, I was a bit worried, but it was completely the opposite! They immediately fixed my mistake and provided impeccable service. Chadae, from their customer service team, and their Instagram community manager were extremely kind, proactive, communicative, and efficient. I had a fantastic experience with them 😊 The clothing is beautiful. I bought three tops, a pair of shorts, and some socks. The quality of everything is amazing and very flattering, the pieces highlight the best features of my body and improve the areas I feel less confident about. The blush-toned clothing is slightly see-through with dark-colored underwear, but nude or white underwear is not visible at all. Since I bought them from the US I didn’t need to pay import tariffs. I’m very happy and already browsing the website to order again!

The customer service at CSB was fantastic! I spoke with Kayla, who went above and beyond to help me with a return. She was friendly, proactive, and made the process super easy. The quality of the fabric is amazing, really nice compression and feels great to wear. The pants were just a little short on me (I’m 165 cm), but the shorts fit perfectly and are my new favourite!
