Foreign usage
Topped up the balance of roughly ~2Mil IDR. The money I deposited is completely unusable. I used this app with the intention of sending money to a friend overseas, but I couldn't. I was instructed that I need verification. But it's unavailable outside of Indonesia. I tried contacting support, and I experience very terrible customer service, they always redirect with copy paste message instructing me to communicate with their AI assistant which is completely helpless for my needs, they are completely ignoring my honest request. Unfortunately there is no live human to human customer support. I will ask my bank to chargeback the money. I also realize their policy is stating no refunds are available after the deposit, but my case is clearly an exception, I can't use the deposited money because I am outside of Indonesia. I would have gave extra stars if the support was responsive. At least maybe they could explained, resolved, and clarified everything properly.

Acting unlawful, Not paying the vendor while stealing from the customers at the same time, Opening the door to the crypto thieves and run away from their responsibilities. Zero customer service because only run by stupid bots and thieves behind it, Zero protection for the customers and how on earth this type of company neglect practices are allowed to run business in Indonesia. Come on govt put your act together and protect the consumers and regulate this type of dodgy practices. Overall they don’t worth a cent, avoid at all cost, because they will steal your money.
