I would give them 0 if possible. I called to get my medical records, and they said that the facility does not have any access to medical records. Patient portal does not have medical records, only useless information. I asked if I can get a printed copy from a doctor, to which they said doctor's don't have access to my medical records. They recommended me to contact the DataVant. I tried online to get medical record, however, datavant didn't send me authorization code. I called DataVant, and they said that I need to get authorization from Lifestance to release my medical record. I said that it is illegal to hold my data, and I am not supposed to release authorization to get my own health record. I explained that I didn't contract you to have my data. Recommended them to contact LifeStance directly, however, they said that I have to do it myself. I called Lifestance again and asked why I need to release authorization to get my own health record, no answer. I think how they are operating are both illegal and ineffective. I spent half a day without result. Moreover, you have to wait hours to be able to speak to these matter over the phone. Forget this place, find a better place for your medical portal needs. Absolutely careless and illegal operation.
