I sent that back to them on Friday And they sent me a brand new one that was on my porch on Wednesday, I just can't thank the company enough. Not every company out there will stand behind their product as Dewalt did. A+A+

Products are great but it is impossible to register the 3 year extended warranty for my pruner. Where do you hide the serial number and product code. This is the same nightmare for every product, as the result on half of my tools are registered losing out on warranty.

Purchased a drill from local retailer. Tried to register the warranty. Almost impossible! Mty model details do not bring up an image for m to tap on I have no idea what the serial number is or where and you are asked to create an account with the inevitable password to do this .Twice after creating an account I was shown "website not reachable" I've given up I hopethe drill is better than the customer registration experience!!!
