Can't do their only job they are paid for! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!
One of the most horrible shipping experiences I've come across, even the seller who's been incredible doesn't understand why they are terrible at the one job they have to do and that's delivering parcels... No proper communication, absolutely no information regarding shipment updates, and that all over two months with no end in sight, it simply states the shipment is not loaded, nothing else. Avoid this company at all costs for any delivery services, and when you see any seller using this company to deliver your parcel then directly contact them to utilise a different delivery company or request a full refund directly! I thought I've had horrible experiences with shipping companies but this takes the absolute number one spot of being the absolute worst!
They won't deliver anytime soon
Awful delivery company. And those businesses who choose this company and stay with them clearly don't care about their customer delivery service and will fail ! Sat with my delivery for over 5 days at a delivery centre just 1 hour away. Still waiting. Have tried to reach out to them using their online contact form to no avail. They are incompetent & don't care
Terrible shipping company that can’t be trusted, businesses should reconsider the choice
Terrible shipping company that simply can’t be trusted. Ordered Velux shutter to be shipped by DSV. Parcel marked as delivered while no one ever attempted to make delivery. The tracking status are announced arbitrarily a posteriori, on the late evening of estimated delivery date, there was no status update for pick-up, then suddenly in the night they made up some time for both pick-up and delivery. Businesses and brands should seriously reconsider if DSV is the right shipping partner. To me, given the consistently bad reviews here, any brand who selects DSV as shipping partner are just risking their customer experience, almost guaranteed.
Their tracking service is abysmal
Their tracking service is abysmal, claiming it does not know the parcel until it is at the collection point. How can this be called tracking? I am constantly worried my parcels are lost, because they do not update for days and then the parcel is also almost always late.
Absolutely terrible experience
Absolutely terrible experience. This is by far one of the worst logistics companies I have ever dealt with. Delays, poor communication, and zero accountability from start to finish. Customer service was completely useless. Every time I contacted them, I received a different answer, and nobody seemed to know where my package was or when it would actually arrive. It felt like no one cared about resolving the issue. A delivery company should provide reliability and transparency, but GLS and DSV failed on both. If you value your time or your shipment, avoid these companies and choose a courier that actually delivers on its promises. I will never use GLS or DSV again, and I would strongly recommend others to stay away. One star is more than they deserve.
