Fraud and fake Let me share with you my honest experience. I have made 3 orders and all items received are such low quality. Secondly getting refund from this website is just a nightmare. Don't get tempted by there attractive sale prices. Last but not least customer support is as worst as the website. They are dubious trust me. I found 2 ordered shirts at different times having defects. If you are willing to be cheated go ahead try them.

Here is my honest experience. I purchased an abaya from Elabelz for a trip I was taking. My order was placed on September 14. I received an email that my order was shipped 7 days later on September 21. This was not a custom order so was wondered why it too so long to ship out. 9 days later, I received an email that my order was delivered on a day that I was working out of the house. There were no packages delivered that day. I called the delivery company and never could get them to confirm that the package was delivered and submitted a claim. I contacted ELabelz and the only response I had gotten is that they said the delivery company assured them that they delivered the package. Elabelz makes it fairly impossible to get any customer service and don’t post any real contact information on their website. I have yet to talk with a real person and feel they deliberately took my money and never sent anything and are hiding behind their international status. The phone number listed in the email is a false number. I understand that sometimes mistakes happen but I believe this company is not legitimate so online shoppers beware. I am reporting this to the Federal Trade Commission and urge anyone else out there with similar experiences to do so as well.
