I bought an acer revo box from you on the 5th of may this year. At first all was well, then I installed a poker app from GGpoker and after that the computer would load to the sign in page but clicking sign in did not work, I tried all options to try to fix it. the system was windows 11 pro with basic memory of 4 In my opinion this machine is not suitable to run the app I installed. I have returned it to you but am told that you will deduct 30 percent from the purchase price. Do you think this is fair. I am not happ, and I request a full refund of the purchase price. I will await your reply before taking this further. I know trust pilot is a trusted portal which gives honest reviews. Of course I am a registered member of trust pilot. I will refrain from contacting them if I get a positive reply from you. bear in mind, my purchase record with you. I am a long time customer and this is the only complaint I have made to you. Always personal service from Anton at Itakeskus. Contract and shipment was delayed but at least I get personal service when required. Customer service is disappearing nowadays.
Service added without consent — unclear communication
Elisa activated an extra paid service (“Liittymäturva”) on my mobile plan without my consent. I never requested or agreed to this change — I only received an email notification after it was already added. When I contacted support, they claimed that notifying by email was enough, which is not correct under Finnish consumer law — consent must be explicit. While the representative was polite and offered to cancel the service, I found it concerning that paid features can be added this way. It feels like a breach of trust and transparency.
