Good product, but shady business dealing
I have been consistently buying their CBD lip balm, and I quite like it. Though in recent year, they had made a change to the product and due to my allergies, I reached out several times but was not able to reach anyone or hear back. I also think they censor their reviews, as my critical review never showed though...However, all in all, I do like their product and it's one of the few that I can use without any reaction. They usually ship speedily, and aside from covid and holidays, it usually can arrive (domestic US shipping) within 2-3 days. The lower rating mostly because of their customer service and lack of transparency.

After many years of decent customer service and high quality products, their level of customer service has reached the dumpster officially. They force you to leave a voicemail at customer service and never call back (this has happened to me 4 times). They ship auto-ship after it has been cancelled. They make you pay the shipping back for their returns, and then they won't credit your card once received. The website is broken for submitting customer inquiries, and no one calls back. How does one do business with them?!?!?! Accountability is nonexistent, clearly. Hundreds of dollars of lost money later...

My Update. So much for their guarantee. I had one call from them but said she would get back to me, never did. Never replied to any emails. I finally got a refund from my credit card company. Will never use this company again. CBD oil went in the bin. Do Not use this company. .................................................................... Purchased 2 bottles of CBD oil 100mg In January 2021. When it arrived it says the expiry date is January 2021. They Have sent me expired oil. I have contacted them Via email twice which you have to do Via your account and they do not respond. I have called them and left a message, again they do not respond. I certainly would not believe the reviews on their website especially since reading the reviews on Trustpilot. They do not seem to give a damn. They have not responded to anyone on Trustpilot in the last 12 months, good or bad. Steer clear.

Their website is unclear and their Facebook messenger customer service is as if it's not active. I found an email on their FB page and my email bounced back. I've now lost £45 ...
