I've emailed their customer support twice already with screenshots and invoices stating the parking was done by via verde, but no one replied. I decided to pay the fine, but of course, the process of disputing fines on their site is confusing. I managed to add all my details to get their reply for how I can pay the fine but no email was received. It feels like the system prioritizes generating penalties over helping drivers who are trying to follow the rules. With low satisfaction ratings and frequent unresolved complaints, dealing with EMEL has been stressful, time-consuming, and disappointing
