Laptop mit Ladeproblemen eingeschickt.Laptop inkl Reparaturbericht zurückbekommen ,, sie haben keinen Fehler entdeckt,,... Laptop an das Ladekabel angeschlossen ...ladet nicht... Neues Ladekabel bestellt und siehe da, funktioniert. Hier sind absolute Anfänger am Werk, mein Laptop wurde ungerechtfertigt auf Werkseinstellung zurückgesetzt und Ladekabel nicht überprüft.
Sehr schlechter, gar kein Kundenservice
Ich bin sehr verärgert über diesen Reparaturservice. Nachdem meine SmartWatch fast 4 Wochen wegen eines zerkratzten Displays, nach 3 Monaten normalem Gebrauch, dort war, bekam ich die Uhr unrepariert zurück. Es gibt keinerlei Informationen vom Reparaturservice für den Kunden. Nie wieder!! Amazon Kundenservice machte eine kostenlose Rückgabe und vollständige Erstattung möglich.

Ik heb al 10 dagen een open reparatieaanvraag bij Amazon. Enfinitec is het geautoriseerde reparatiecentrum dat zich ermee moet bezighouden. Hun hoofdkantoor zit in Nederland, maar blijkbaar hebben ze ook vestigingen in Frankrijk en Italië. Het enige beschikbare nummer is het Nederlandse: bij het eerste telefoontje geven ze me het Franse nummer +33 170060175, maar dat werkt niet; bij het tweede telefoontje geven ze me het Italiaanse nummer +39 0289734916, dat ook niet werkt. Bij het derde telefoontje vertel ik het meisje dat de twee vorige nummers niet werken en dat niemand mij heeft teruggebeld na de tweede aanvraag die ik bij Amazon heb geopend. Ik vraag haar om een ander werkend contact. Ze antwoordt dat de contacten die haar collega’s me hebben gegeven de enige zijn die ze hebben (kan ze niet weten, want ze heeft me niet eens gevraagd welke nummers ik had gekregen). Dus stelt ze voor om per e-mail te reageren op de Amazon-service. Ik laat haar weten dat ik dat al meerdere keren heb gedaan en dat Amazon me telkens direct terugverwijst naar de leverancier. Ze zegt dat ze verder niets voor me kan doen. Ik vraag haar dan om me door te verbinden met een leidinggevende, maar ze zegt dat dat niet kan omdat haar leidinggevenden zich niet bezighouden met reparaties. Blijkbaar heeft ze wel wat beters te doen dan klanten helpen. Jullie weten niet eens hoe je me een contact kunt geven van jullie eigen afdeling. De trieste realiteit van bedrijven tegenwoordig :) Ik denk dat ik wel een serieuzere en respectvollere lokale reparateur zal bellen.
Völlig enttäuscht – so etwas habe ich noch nie erlebt!
Mein Deebot T30 war innerhalb der Garantie defekt. Ich habe mich an Ecovacs gewendet und sollte das Gerät über Enfinitec einsenden. Den Roboter samt Station habe ich gründlich gereinigt und ordentlich verpackt eingeschickt. Nach etwa einer Woche kam die Rückmeldung: „Kein Fehler gefunden“ – das Gerät würde zurückgeschickt. Leider wurde dabei eine falsche Adresse angegeben, sodass der Roboter ganze 10 Tage unterwegs war. Niemand konnte mir helfen, bis ich das Problem schließlich selbst mit UPS klären konnte. Als der Roboter endlich ankam, traf mich der Schock: Die Verpackung war völlig zerstört, der Roboter war verschmutzt, die Behälter waren feucht und haben stark gestunken. So etwas habe ich noch nie erlebt – einfach ekelhaft und respektlos gegenüber dem Kunden. Ich bin wirklich enttäuscht – sowohl vom Service von Enfinitec als auch von Ecovacs. So geht man nicht mit Kunden und Garantiegeräten um! Eigentlich möchte ich das Gerät nur noch entsorgen, weil es mich anwidert. Eine absolute Frechheit!
