Shocking I can see why they have 2.5 star rating I spoke to a manager called Nate shocking I sat crying with a critically ill son they didn’t have a vehicle I booked and send me to Orlando crying upset he did not care I asked him to arrange the vehicle come here he said he only seen this once ! But wouldn’t try again for us! The lady that was working here with him she left us to address somebody else. She was quite happy to walk away from us with the awkward situation and help us. This explains why your review stars are so low not one person cares here literally not one person cares I’m from the UK and we would never run companies like this. Everyone needs to be priority. The guy told me he’s just Filling and I said I thought he was a manager he said I am I said well then why can’t you make a call for us? this has made me never wanna come to America ever again thank you.
They are a complete scam
They are a complete scam. When we rented the car, they misled us and made us sign for two insurances because they claimed everything was included. Then, we got a flat tire on the road, and a truck came to fix it. However, they couldn’t fix it, so they dropped us off at a gas station. Despite a few calls, they claimed they couldn’t do anything and suggested we stay at the nearest town with our own money, which we hadn’t planned or had a budget for. So, we called an Uber and paid 100€ as well. To make matters worse, they charged us twice. When I asked about it, they said it was pending and would clear up. Guess what? It didn’t. I contacted them a few times, and on all of them, they responded, “We have explained this to you on several occasions that we have no control over this. Please call your bank.” I called the bank, and they were also confused because both transactions had been posted in our bank account. Sending enterprise screenshots of the charges didn’t help either. I had already mentioned this in an email and will reiterate it here. If I don’t receive a refund, I will escalate this matter and go to court if necessary. It will be a pleasure to drain all of your money for the stress you caused us. Respectfully,FU, Enterprise.

Breach of data,personal data ,suffered a rta when my insurance told enterprise to lease a car ,,enterprise left me without any disabled asistance at all ...really bad service ..only hire 28 days max then you cant get ankther car for 6 months !!! The worst place to go ..28 days £2,400.00 Day light robery !!
Scam rental car company
I have rented a car from their child company Alamo and it seems like a scam company to get money out of people. I have returned the car after hours and dropped off the key. Everything was fine during rental and we did not have any problems. The next day I have received a car report which claims that the spare tire is missing and I have to pay 1700€ fee. This is ridiculous, firstly we did not have any tire problems and secondly I have not even opened that compartment. I did not know that you have to check that the tire is there when picking up the car. No one showed us anything when we made a pickup. Why would I need to take a spare tire from some random car in another country???? This is a major scam!
