The Silent Giant of Amazon 3P
Etailz.com operates in the shadows of the Amazon ecosystem, generating $26M+ in revenue without a visible web presence.
In the cutthroat world of Amazon third-party selling, etailz.com operates like a ghost. With zero public website traffic and a trust score that raises eyebrows, this $26M revenue entity proves that sometimes the most successful e-commerce players aren't the ones you can Google.
"The most telling metric about etailz.com isn't what they show—it's what they hide. Zero public traffic means they're playing a different game entirely."
The Amazon-First Strategy
Etailz.com doesn't compete for eyeballs on their own domain—they compete for the Buy Box on Amazon's marketplace. This is a classic case of a platform-native business that treats Amazon as its storefront, not a secondary channel. The $26.1M in revenue likely flows almost entirely through Amazon's ecosystem, making their web presence irrelevant to their core business model.
The Funding Paradox
With $43.7M in funding but minimal public-facing infrastructure, etailz.com represents a fascinating case of capital allocation. This funding likely went into inventory, Amazon advertising (PPC), and third-party logistics—not into building a brand or website. For founders, this is a masterclass in capital efficiency: spend money where it directly generates sales, not on vanity metrics like website traffic.
The company's leadership structure reveals a lean operation. With Mitchell Bailey as COO and Carolyn Kurth as Processing Manager, etailz.com appears to be a tightly-run machine focused on operational excellence rather than marketing flair. In the Amazon ecosystem, execution beats storytelling every time.
- Zero reliance on organic search or direct web traffic
- 2.5/5 Trustpilot rating suggests operational friction or customer service challenges
- Funding-to-revenue ratio of 1.67x indicates aggressive growth or heavy inventory requirements
- N/A employee count suggests either extreme automation or a small, focused team
The Platform-Native Playbook
Etailz.com proves that in e-commerce, sometimes the best strategy is to own the channel, not the storefront. For investors and founders, this is a blueprint for building a high-revenue business that flies under the radar—while carrying significant platform risk.

Always Growing and Keeping Pace with the Market
I have been working with eTailz for several years on product launch, marketing development, and social marketing. The interactions with the company from the CEO down to the managers have been positive. The people are trustworthy and straightforward. eTailz looks for ways to make the partnership win-win for both sides, which I have always appreciated. Their have been some personnel rotations, but the people seem to make it work and figure things out quickly. I am looking forward to how their services and offerings change with the new investments they have received recently.
Mark, we truly appreciate your partnership! It's always a pleasure working with you to drive growth. Thanks so much for the positive feedback.
This seller is running a scam by…
This seller is running a scam by printing a shipping label that stated 32 lbs (as if it was the Doona being shipped) and attached that label to a small envelope. Inside the envelope was a $0.50 screen protector. It showed our Doona was “delivered” yet it was just this fake/scam pouch. We got a refund from Amazon but there’s no telling how many people don’t request one & the seller keeps the $$$$!!
Delivery failure. No tracking. No follow-up
Ordered $132 of Almond butter through Amazon on 3/1. Kaspien says it shipped 3/8-3/2. Now 4/7 and still not received. No tracking number supplied. Amazon says seller does not have a tracking number. So there is no way I can check on shipment. No contact from Kaspien. You would not be mistaken for thinking it was a scam.
