Constantly login failure.
Pity that one has to give at least one star. In my opinion even one star is too much for EUPIO. The website is far more the worst of all official websites in Europe that I have ever visited.
Website is always broken down
Website is always broken down, errors 404 type etc. A crying shame this has been going on for such a long time!
They should all be fired and have their citizenships revoked
The website is always broken on every platform imaginable, crashing on 90% of clicks, forcing you to repeat every step hundreds of times during months for a few basic tasks. Even though you can't even send documents using their broken system, they refuse to read legal documents sent by e-mail instead. Each time you reply them, it takes a month to hear from them again, only to yet again see that they have given critique on the wrong document and request that you illegally sign a new document for the company that no longer exists because the simple transfer took so long. At least they can't extort me for money anymore, now that it's legally impossible to file a new application.
Another cash grab by incompetent government agency.
Website is extremely slow to load in Australia. Overly complicated to use and account management features are very messy. I wanted to lodge a trademark transfer. Somehow the website did not link my account to the trademark I registered It with, and after arguing with the unhelpful and patronising customer support over email, I had to create another account, link ownership and lodge The transfer. Of course having to fill the transfer form for the third time. Basically what is supposed to take 30min ends up taking 2 weeks to solve. absolute garbage.
Bureaucratic revenue generator
Not easy to navigate and if you make a mistake like we did it is like talking to a wall who just wants you to pay again and insist on communicating by fax in 2019. Think they forgot who they are serving and why they exist in the chase for more fees. Please someone reform this organisation
