The Exotel Software has the least number of features comparing to other solutions in the market and worst possible-ever customer support. They pick up your calls till payment only and after that you are at God's Sake for understanding the working of solution and questions related to Exotel. They does not have Progressive Dialer in their system and after payment they will suggest you to buy their add-on named RYNG at Rs 799 per month / per agent. So, buying the Exotel solution without RYNG is useless and with RYNG it is expensive. They have too many hidden charges, which is really frustrating and annoying. I suggest you to buy Call-Center solution from any other company.
