DO NOT BUY FROM EZIBUY they made their entire NZ contact centre redundant to move it to the Philliphines for cheaper labour. A once new zealand company destroyed thanks to greedy CEO’s such as Steve. Asked their staff to work for free during lockdown to ‘save the company’ only to do this. Think he has now jumped ship. Don’t support this business, shein’s more ethical honestly.

I had been a happy customer for over 20 years. Not any more. The new website is unnavigable and you have to change password to log in for the 1st time. Unfortunately the link you are emailed does not advise the parameters for the password (min length, required caps, numerals and characters etc.) Once you do finally figure that out and log in the website itself is disappointing. As for the clothes...most of the "go to" staple brands have gone. The styles and quality look sub standard. I also note that there is no longer a review section for each item, which was always helpful. Reading other reviewers here. I will not be using their services (or lack of) ever again.

Didn’t even want to give Ezibuy one star. Misleading advertising on sheet sets indicating they contained bamboo - fine, but 70% was microfibre. This is the plastic that is polluting our rivers, lakes, seas, oceans and us. This company needs a good shake-up from the top to become ecologically responsible. Won’t ever be buying their products again!
