The $1.3M Mystery of F3.cool

A tiny games company with a 1.6-star rating and 352 monthly visits. What's the real story?

In the vast ocean of the gaming industry, f3.cool emerges as a fascinating paradox—a company generating $1.3M in revenue with just 15 employees, yet commanding a mere 352 monthly visits and a 1.6-star rating. This isn't a story about viral success; it's a deep dive into how a niche operation can thrive in the shadows.

"F3.cool isn't chasing viral fame—it's quietly turning a profit in a hyper-niche corner of the gaming world."

The Micro-Team Powerhouse

With just 15 employees, f3.cool operates with the lean efficiency of a startup, yet it generates $1.3M in annual revenue. That's over $86k per employee—a metric that suggests either a high-margin niche or a business model that doesn't rely on mass-market appeal. In an industry dominated by giants with thousands of staff, this is a masterclass in doing more with less.

The Traffic Paradox

The numbers are stark: 352 monthly visits against a global rank of #3,075,360. This isn't a traffic problem—it's a signal that f3.cool operates almost entirely outside the traditional SEO and content marketing playbook. Their revenue isn't driven by organic search or social virality; it's likely built on direct partnerships, B2B deals, or a proprietary platform that doesn't rely on web traffic as a KPI.

The 1.6-star rating on Trustpilot is a red flag for any consumer-facing business, but in the gaming industry, it could indicate a polarizing product—something that a small, dedicated fanbase loves but the broader market misunderstands. Or, it could be a sign of a B2B-focused operation where public reviews are irrelevant to their revenue stream.

  • Revenue-per-employee ratio of $86k suggests high efficiency in a niche market
  • Extremely low web traffic indicates a non-traditional customer acquisition model
  • 1.6-star rating raises questions about product-market fit or B2B vs. B2C dynamics
  • 15-person team operating at $1.3M revenue—likely a specialized gaming tool or service
No visible SEO strategy or organic traffic growth
High revenue-per-employee ratio
Poor public perception with a 1.6-star rating
Lean team of 15 generating $1.3M annually
Minimal online presence with only 352 monthly visits
Likely operates in a protected niche with recurring revenue

The Hidden Giant of Gaming?

F3.cool proves that in the gaming industry, you don't need to be a household name to be profitable. Sometimes, the biggest wins happen in the smallest, most specialized corners of the market.

Lame dating app/copy of Tinder

I tried this app, as it got recommended on my App Store, and I must say I've never experienced a worse dating app. This is just a bad copy of Tinder, lots of bots and way too few profiles to swipe through with nothing new in regards to Tinder, which I much more will prefer as a dating app. Looking at the reviews and change history, it used to be an anonymous question app. That's a shame, because that would definitely set them apart from other dating apps. Why in the world did they remove that? As far as I can see, they lost a bunch of users because of this and their app just got worse instead. As the way i see it, removing the anonymous question feature seemed like a reeeeeally bad idea, cause this app will never be a smooth running dating app. Just a bad copy of Tinder with lots of bots and people use this app as a joke instead. If they brought back the anonymous Q&A feature, then I'll be pretty sure that they could compete with other apps. But as they way they run it now, this app will just be a stupid joke, sorry to say

Totally bad service

Totally bad service. I was a paying customer, using F3+. Yesterday I got one hater that reported all my answers from different accounts in there, and I get blocked by F3. I had a talk with the support and they reopended my account, and they told me to report these hate questions that i get. Same day i was spammed again from my hater, and I reporteded these questions as they told me to do. The result was that I was blocked again. Today I even sent screens of the hate questions to the F3 support, but they totally ignored that. I asked to get my money back. But no answer from F3. So they are protecting the haters and blocking the victims. And to all users it is possible to open multiple accounts and report a user to get them blocked. Very nice F3. My advice use ask.fm instead of F3.
