I used to love Filemaker....
I used to love Filemaker as it was easy to use and very efficient. Maybe I am no longer the market (I am using it for Conference registrations) but it is now complex and the on-line instructions are too complicated for me to follow. I don't know what happened but it has gone from being user friendly and easy to use to very complex. Also the instructions on-line do not tell you important information. For example, if you want to update a database you cannot do it with an Excel file. It does not update records, it creates new one. However, if you save the same file as a CVS it does allow for updating. I suspect Filemaker now has so many bells and whistles it has lot sight of being efficient and easy to use for the small business customer. A big loss as it used to be a great product.

Your login at Claris is no more working my.claris. Many requests have been send to the support, but NO ANSWER. No SMS code is sent to the mobile device to login. Please fix urgently this BUG We pay for a service that DOES NOT WORK.
