I've been a customer for nearly 8 years now. The company has poorly marketing issues but the software itself is filled with so many features that can make your website very rich and capable of taking orders of all sorts of shapes and sizes. I have recently discovered two brand new features that I wasn't aware of myself such as Quoting module and Best offer module. I sell high items tickets and the quoting features and best offer are very essential to my business. I feel like having another ebay solution on my own. I also found out the best way of support is by email.

Easy software to manage and much faster than other software. They are lacking customer support but I email support and I get answers within the hour. This software cost 1/3 of any other competitor. So I’m ok if phone support lacks a little bit. The admin has tools like quotation tools, best offers and email campaigns and many other cool features. Good luck

I think Flashecom software is under rated. I think the support is beneficial since a real life technician picks up the phone. So far I liked the new best offer and added quotation tools. You can't go wrong about that.
Very dependable company to use to build your own website
Best e-commerce website company to deal with! They have the best software you can use to build your own website. I have been with them since 2003 using the E-link solution and throughout the years they have been updating their software few times a year keeping it up to date with technology. One of the best updates that I believe it helped us to do a lot better in search engines was structure data update. Once they released this update about 2 years ago our sales have doubled since then. Also the reason also what makes me so satisfied with Flashecom is the fact that their E-link solution is extremely easy to use, yet I pretty much can almost do anything with it. I do not have any programing experience, yet I am a great webmaster when I use this software.
