I booked a flight from Virginia to California, I am certain I got the best price there was. Everything went smooth from the booking process to the flight and everything in between. Henry at Flightsbank is great! I emailed him about the status of our refund since it had been a while since we started the process and I was getting frustrated. He immediately emailed me and apologized for the delay due to recent events regarding COVID. Within 24 hours he was able to get our refund processed and sent to my credit card. He said my card should reflect the refund within 5-7 business days. He even sent me an email with a screen shot of the transaction. Thank you so much Henry and Flightsbank!

Some of Flightsbank's Care team didn't know about the processing my COVID cancellation refund claim, once the airline confirmed it had been paid to Flightsbank. However Victor was very responsive & got the refund processed successfully in a couple of days. Note that Flightsbank deduct $25 Admin Fee per passenger.
