Great product what you could expect from a brand like that one Best customer service I had an issue with my order and they did a fantastic job
Terrible post sale support service
Terrible post sale support service. UK buyers beware if you are using a coupon code. There seems to be issues with their website. All coupon codes are put through as order discount which they put on the invoice and added to 'VAT discount' and declare the full discount to custom to pay as VAT when the goods arrive in the UK. So you end up paying with the full price and no discount. Tried to call post sale support and they argued the discount code couldn't be used with the product I selected. Sent them screenshots that were taken on their current website of how their coupon code was actually applicable to the product, and the discount was added in addition to the VAT to be paid. To which they replied "really sorry about this, we can see this issue in your screenshot and our IT department is looking into it. But the code coupons couldn't be applied to be product you bought two months ago" so I ended up paying a few hundred pounds to custom that I thought was a discount!
